What the MOT covers
The consultation looks at your risk of heart disease and stroke, blood pressure and weight, sleep, alcohol, smoking and activity, mood and stress, and urinary and sexual health. The clinician will ask about your family history and any symptoms you have been putting off mentioning.
Where tests would help, such as blood pressure readings, cholesterol, blood sugar or a testosterone and hormone panel by home sample kit, the clinician will explain which are worth doing and why, rather than testing everything by default.
What happens next
You receive a written summary and a plan for the next year: what to change, what to monitor, and anything to take to your GP. If something needs to be seen in person, the clinician will tell you clearly.
Price and payment
You can pay in full by card, or spread the cost over three monthly payments with Klarna where it is available in your country. The price shown includes your written report.
