Every pilot reports monthly on backlog cleared, patient satisfaction, and cost per completed assessment against your baseline.

In the United Kingdom, we work with Integrated Care Boards and NHS trusts on 90 day pilots to clear tier 2 and tier 3 dementia and neurodevelopmental assessment backlog, under full clinical governance with a documented escalation route for red flag findings.
