Joining the Eldava Health clinician network is not a one-click signup. Before a clinician can accept a single booking, we verify their professional registration directly against the relevant regulator's public register for the country they intend to practise in, confirm the specific scope their registration covers, since some registrations allow assessment but not prescribing, or vice versa, and check that any claimed specialist training is genuine.
Ongoing, not one-time
Registration status is checked again periodically, not only at onboarding, because a registration can change, lapse or be restricted after someone has joined. If a clinician's registration status changes, their ability to take new bookings changes with it.
This is deliberately more friction than a typical marketplace signup. We think that's the correct trade-off for a platform where the product is a clinical diagnosis.
