Every clinician on the Eldava Health platform must hold an active professional registration recognised in the country where they are practising, such as GMC or HCPC in the UK, AHPRA in Australia, or the equivalent body elsewhere. We check this before a clinician joins the network, and again on an ongoing basis.
The safety check that cannot be skipped
Both our guided pre-consultation and our booking flow include a mandatory question about risk to your own safety. A positive answer stops the flow from proceeding to payment and instead shows crisis resources appropriate to your country. This is a deliberate product decision: we would rather interrupt a booking than let a genuine safety concern pass through a form unnoticed.
